Our Story

Kimberly Rae is a certified sound practitioner, singer-songwriter, accountability coach, and founder of MyEssence Inc., a wellness brand dedicated to helping people grow and heal through restorative sound healing and personalized coaching. With over a decade of experience in corporate sustainability and social impact, Kimberly understands firsthand the pressures of busy, high-demand lives and the challenges of staying balanced and focused.

Her own journey as a corporate executive and busy mom to wellness guide, was profoundly transformed after a serious car accident and an unexpected career shift in 2023. Drawing on her lifelong love of music and holistic healing, Kimberly combines crystal singing bowls, mantra singing, breathwork, and meditation to create calming sessions that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner peace.

 

In addition to sound healing, Kimberly offers customizable accountability coaching designed to help people set meaningful goals, build healthy habits, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Her approach blends mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical strategies to support lasting change.
